What sellers ask before moving their fulfillment to us.

Can I use a 3PL instead of Fulfilled by TikTok?

Yes. TikTok Shop lets sellers ship orders themselves or through a third-party logistics provider. With a 3PL your inventory is not tied to one channel, so the same stock can also ship your Shopify, Amazon, eBay or Whatnot orders.

What if my orders suddenly increase?

Let us know when you expect a busy period and we will prepare for it. We also tell you right away if stock is running low.

How do my TikTok Shop orders reach you?

It depends on how your shop is set up. Tell us where you sell and what tools you use, and we will confirm how orders reach us before you send any inventory.

How is pricing set?

You get a quote built around your products and order volume. It lists the rate for receiving, storage, pick and pack, packaging and shipping, and your invoice uses the same lines.

Where are you located?

We are based in Southern California, close to Los Angeles, Orange County and the ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles. We send the receiving address for your inventory when you sign up.
