A good Whatnot show can end with a few hundred orders, and every one of them still has to be matched to a buyer, packed and labeled. For most sellers that means late nights at a folding table and a living room full of boxes.

Sonic Fulfillment is a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse in Southern California. You send us your inventory before the show. When it ends, we pull each item, match it to the right order, pack it and hand it to the carrier.

You keep doing the part only you can do: sourcing product and running the show.

Receiving and storage

We unload, count and inspect your inventory, then store it on shelves, in bins or on pallets until you need it.

Order matching

After each show we match every item to its buyer, including buyers who won several items in one stream.

Pick and pack

Each order is checked before the box is sealed, and packed to your standards with your inserts or branded packaging.

Combined shipments

When one buyer wins several items, we pack them together according to how you run your shows.

Shipping

Labels are applied and packages go out with USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL, to every US address and internationally.

Returns

We receive returns, inspect them and restock sellable items so they are ready for your next show.

    Ship cartons or pallets to our Southern California warehouse. We count and check every unit in.

    Sell the way you already do. Tell us how you label items so each sale can be matched.

    We match and pack

    When the show ends, we pull each sold item, match it to its order and pack it.

    Buyers get tracking

    Packages ship with tracking, and you see stock and order status in your dashboard.

What live sellers ask before sending us their first shipment.

Do I need a minimum number of orders?

We work with sellers of every size, including sellers who are just starting to outgrow packing at home. Tell us how often you go live and roughly how many orders a show brings in, and we will quote for that.

How do you know which item goes to which buyer?

Before your first show we agree on how items are identified, for example by lot number, SKU or bin. After the show we use your order list to match each item to its buyer.

Can you handle singles, cards or other small items?

Yes. Tell us what you sell when you request a quote, and we will set up storage and packing that protects it in transit.

How is pricing set?

You get a quote built around your products and order volume. It lists the rate for receiving, storage, pick and pack, packaging and shipping, and your invoice uses the same lines.

Do you also ship my TikTok Shop, eBay or Shopify orders?

Where are you located?

We are based in Southern California, close to Los Angeles, Orange County and the ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles. We send the receiving address for your inventory when you sign up.
