Apparel brings a lot of variety. Every style comes in several sizes and colors, each one its own item to count, store and pick, and returns are part of the business.

Sonic Fulfillment is a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse in Southern California. We store your inventory, track each size and color as its own SKU, and pick, pack and ship your orders.

Orders go out in poly bags or boxes, with your inserts or branded packaging, and returns come back to us to be inspected and restocked.

Receiving and counting

We unload, count and inspect incoming stock, and flag any discrepancies to you.

Sizes and colors

Each size and color is tracked as its own SKU, so the right one goes in each order.

Pick and pack

Orders are picked, checked and packed in poly bags or boxes, with your inserts or branded packaging.

Sets and bundles

Outfits, multi-packs and gift sets are assembled before they ship.

Returns

We receive returns, inspect each item and restock sellable pieces so they are ready to ship again.

Shipping

USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL to every US address, and worldwide with customs forms prepared.

    Send inventory

    Ship cartons or pallets to our Southern California warehouse. We count and check every unit in.

    Pack and ship

    Each order is checked before it is sealed and labeled for the right carrier.

    Get tracking

    Tracking goes back to the order, and you see stock levels and order status in your dashboard.

How is pricing set?

You get a quote built around your products and order volume. It lists the rate for receiving, storage, pick and pack, packaging and shipping, and your invoice uses the same lines.

Where are you located?

We are based in Southern California, close to Los Angeles, Orange County and the ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles. We send the receiving address for your inventory when you sign up.
