Pick and pack

Orders are picked, checked and packed in poly bags or boxes, with your inserts or branded packaging.

Kitting and bundles

Kitting, bundles, gift sets and subscription boxes are assembled before they ship.

Shipping

USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL to every US address, with the service chosen for each package.

International orders

Ship to customers worldwide, with customs forms prepared for every package.

Returns

We receive returns, inspect them and restock sellable items so they can be sold again.

    Each order is checked before it is sealed and labeled for the right carrier.

    Tracking numbers sync back to your store, and you see stock levels and order status as they change.

How do my Shopify orders reach you?

It depends on how your store is set up. Tell us where you sell and what tools you use, and we will confirm how orders reach us before you send any inventory.

Can I sell on other channels too?

Yes. The same warehouse can hold stock for your other channels, such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop and Whatnot. See all services.

Do you pack with my own inserts and packaging?

Yes. Tell us what goes in each package, such as inserts or branded packaging, and every order is packed the same way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to customers worldwide with DHL, FedEx, UPS and USPS international services, with customs forms prepared for every package.

How is pricing set?

You get a quote built around your products and order volume. It lists the rate for receiving, storage, pick and pack, packaging and shipping, and your invoice uses the same lines.

Where are you located?

We are based in Southern California, close to Los Angeles, Orange County and the ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles. We send the receiving address for your inventory when you sign up.
