Sonic Fulfillment is a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse in Southern California. Your inventory sits on our shelves, and we pick, pack and ship orders from whichever channel they come from.

You see stock levels, orders and tracking in your dashboard, whether the order came from Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, TikTok Shop or Whatnot.

Returns

We receive returns, inspect them and restock sellable items so they can be sold again.

    Ship cartons or pallets to our Southern California warehouse. We count and check every unit in.

    Pack and ship

    Each order is checked before it is sealed and labeled for the right carrier.

    Get tracking

    Tracking goes back to the order, and you see stock levels and order status in your dashboard.

Which platforms do you fulfill for?

Marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy and Target Plus, store builders such as Shopify and WooCommerce, and live selling apps such as TikTok Shop and Whatnot, among others. Tell us where you sell and we confirm how orders reach us before you send any inventory.

Can one inventory serve every channel?

Yes. The same stock can fill orders from all of your channels, so you are not splitting it across warehouses.

What products can you store?

Most products. The one exception is refrigerated items, such as meat. See what we store.

How is pricing set?

You get a quote built around your products and order volume. It lists the rate for receiving, storage, pick and pack, packaging and shipping, and your invoice uses the same lines.

Where are you located?

We are based in Southern California, close to Los Angeles, Orange County and the ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles. We send the receiving address for your inventory when you sign up.
