From apparel to collectibles, we store most products. The one exception is refrigerated items.

A good fulfillment partner should not be picky about what you sell. We store and ship a wide range of products for online sellers, and we pack each one the way it needs to go out.

The one thing we cannot take is refrigerated products, such as meat. If your product is unusual, for example very large, fragile or hazardous, tell us about it first and we will tell you straight whether we can take it.

Sonic Fulfillment is a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse in Southern California, so everything you send is received, counted, stored and shipped from one place.

    Share what you sell, how big it is and how fast it moves.

    Send inventory

    Ship cartons or pallets to our Southern California warehouse. We count and check every unit in.

    Pack and ship

    Each order is checked before it is sealed and labeled for the right carrier.

    Get tracking

    Tracking goes back to the order, and you see stock levels and order status in your dashboard.

What sellers ask before sending us their products.

Can you store any product?

Most products, yes. The one exception is refrigerated items, such as meat. For anything unusual, tell us what it is and we will tell you whether we can take it.

Do you store refrigerated products?

No. We cannot store refrigerated products, such as meat.

What if my product is large or fragile?

Tell us the size, the weight and how it should be packed, and we will confirm how we handle it before you send any inventory.

Can I sell on several channels?

Yes. The same warehouse can hold stock for your other channels, such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop and Whatnot. See all services.

How is pricing set?

You get a quote built around your products and order volume. It lists the rate for receiving, storage, pick and pack, packaging and shipping, and your invoice uses the same lines.

Where are you located?

We are based in Southern California, close to Los Angeles, Orange County and the ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles. We send the receiving address for your inventory when you sign up.
