Sonic Fulfillment is a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse in Southern California. We store your products, assemble each box to your instructions, which is called kitting, and ship it to your subscribers.

We unload, count and inspect incoming stock, and store it on shelves, in bins or on pallets.

Our engineering team designs the quality control process for your box, so every box is built and checked the same way.

Pick and pack

Orders are picked, checked and packed in poly bags or boxes, with your inserts or branded packaging.

Stock counts

Inventory counts you can check anytime, so you know how many boxes you can build.

USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL to every US address, with the service chosen for each package.

What is kitting?

Kitting means assembling several items, inserts or samples into one ready-to-ship package. For a subscription box, that is the box your subscriber receives.

Can you kit the way I need?

Yes. We can kit from a checklist, scan items, or add inserts, samples and cards, depending on what your box needs. Tell us how you want it done and we build the process around it.

How do you keep every box consistent?

Our engineering team designs a quality control process for your box, so every box is built and checked the same way.

What if my box contents change?

Tell us what changes, such as a new item each month or a last-minute swap. Our engineered quality control process lets us audit for last-minute changes, so every box still goes out matching your latest list.

How often can my boxes ship?

Monthly or weekly, and we stay flexible about the schedule that fits your box. Tell us your ship dates and how many boxes to expect, and we plan the kitting ahead of time. We also tell you right away if stock is running low.

Can you build boxes ahead of the ship date?

It depends on the order quantity, and it can be arranged. Tell us how many boxes you ship and when, and we plan the kitting around your schedule.

Do you also handle regular orders?

Yes. The same warehouse can hold stock for your other channels, such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop and Whatnot. See all services.

How is kitting priced?

Kitting is priced per box and by the items picked for it. A one-item order has a fixed price, and each additional pick is charged extra. Your quote lists every rate, and your invoice uses the same lines.

Where are you located?

We are based in Southern California, close to Los Angeles, Orange County and the ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles. We send the receiving address for your inventory when you sign up.
