Do I need a minimum number of orders?

We work with sellers of every size, including sellers who are just starting to outgrow packing at home. Tell us how many orders you ship and we will quote for that.

What do you need to prepare a quote?

Roughly how many orders you ship each month and how many SKUs (distinct items) you carry. Send those through the quote form or by email.

How is pricing set?

You get a quote built around your products and order volume. It lists the rate for receiving, storage, pick and pack, packaging and shipping, and your invoice uses the same lines.

What if my orders grow?

Let us know when you expect a busy period and we will prepare for it. We also tell you right away if stock is running low.

Can I sell on several channels?

Yes. The same warehouse can hold stock for your other channels, such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop and Whatnot. See all services.

Where are you located?

We are based in Southern California, close to Los Angeles, Orange County and the ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles. We send the receiving address for your inventory when you sign up.
